How much does this service cost?
This service is absolutely FREE to all job seekers. As a job
seeker, you pay nothing to use the services that JobSeekAsia has to
offer you.

Can I still use your service if I don't want to
register?
Yes. You can still search for jobs on the site without
registering but you will need to register if you want to apply for a
job. Also if you don’t register you may not be found by potential
employers searching for job seekers.

How can I be sure my information is secure and
confidential on the site ?
You are in full control of access to your personal information at
all times on JobSeekAsia. As a registered job seeker, your personal
particulars will be anonymous to all recruiters and external
parties. Employers may be able to view only your skills and
experiences to determine the level of match with their job openings.
Only when you decide to apply for a job position, will your
particulars be revealed to the employer. You are able to change the
levels of privacy on your account within your account options. We
also use the latest technology to project the site 24/7 from all
unauthorised access.

Is it compulsory for me to post my resume on
JobSeekAsia ?
We do encourage you to upload your resume to the site, although it
is not compulsory for you to do so. However if you do you have more
chance of the system matching you to a job opening or an employer
search for you.

I don't have a resume. Are there any tools to help
me create one ?
Yes you are able to use our resume builder to create a resume on the
site quickly and effortlessly once you have registered and logged
in.

able to specify myself as a passive job seeker ?
There are 3 categories of job seeking status to be selected once
you create a resume – Public, Confidential and Private as below

Am I able to update or edit my profile, job seeking status,
resume etc.?
Yes you are able to login to your account at any time and update
your profile and resume. Please make sure you keep your resume and
profile updated so that we are able to fully match you to the best
job openings.

What do I do if I forgot my password ?
Just use the 'Forget Password' button, and a new password will be
sent to your e-mail straight away.

Employers
When can I use your services as an employer ?
You can register with us at any time, once you register with us
we will give you 60 Days of FREE unlimited job postings to get you
started. Once you have registered with us you account will be open
straight away which then
allows you to use all the tools within your employer homepage,
such as posting jobs, managing applications, searching for resumes,
changing passwords and account profile details and creating user
account for your staff to enable them to post job openings.

How do I post a job on JobSeekAsia?
Posting a job is easy. Simply go to
www.jobseekasia.comm and register as an employer, once you have
registered and are logged in then simply purchase a job credit from
the menu on your employer homepage then go to the post a job menu
and follow the simply step by step guide which will take you through
the simply stages in posting a job on the site.

Do you offer special packages other than single job postings?
We welcome your enquiries for job postings, special packages for
bulk postings other than those listed on the site, EDM’s to our 1.8
million job seeker database or any other enquiry you may have. Just

Can I attach my company logo to the job postings?
Yes, you can attach your company logo in JPEG or GIF file format.
Your file should ideally have resolution of 300 dpi and above. You
may choose to upload your company logo yourself by accessing your
account, or simply send it to us by e-mail at
sales@jobseekasia.com and we will upload it for you. Every
employer will also be featured as an featured employer for FREE.

Do you accept job postings from overseas employers ?
Yes we do, we welcome enquiries from overseas employers who wish
to their post jobs on JobSeeKAsia, we currently cover 14 countries
across the Asian region.

Once I post a job, can I de-activate or edit the posting when
I have found a candidate to fill the position ?
Job postings have a duration of 30 days once you have posted
them. If you have found a candidate to fill the position advertised
before the expiry date of the job posting, simply log in to your
account and expire or delete the job posting from your employer
homepage menu. You are also able to edit a job at anytime but it
will still expiry after 30 days from the first date that you posted
it.
